1. Our animals are guaranteed for 72 hours upon arrival (please see terms below).
2. We guarantee our animals to be properly sexed and eating; they are also guaranteed to be disease, infection, and parasite free.
3. We guarantee the genetics of all of our animals.
4. Live arrival is guaranteed (please see shipping below).

We accept the following forms of payment:

1. Money orders
2. PayPal (preferred; must be from a verified account)
3. Personal checks

All forms of payment that are not instant (i.e. personal checks, e-checks, etc.) must clear before shipping.

1. We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; there are no exceptions.
2. We will request a signature for all of our packages.
3. All of our guarantees (including live arrival) are void if the package is not signed for on the first delivery attempt.

1. The buyer must notify us of any problems within 72 hours upon arrival. Not doing so will nullify any and all of our guarantees (with the exception of genetic guarantees).
2. If one or more of our animals arrive dead, we will replace the deceased animal(s) with another animal of the same species, sex, and morph, or refund the total purchase price, including shipping, after we have the deceased animal(s) back in our posession. The buyer will need to preserve the animal(s) in a way that the animal(s) is(are) identifiable to us as the animal(s) that we sold (the easiest way to preserve a body is to freeze it). The buyer will have to pay the shipping costs to send us the deceased animal(s) (shipped the way we request), but if the animal is indeed ours, we will refund that additional cost as well.
3. If the buyer suspects that one or more animals purchased from us has a disease, an infection, or parasites, the buyer will have to pay to take the animal(s) to a qualified and/or certified reptile veterinarian. The buyer must request proof from the veterinarian that the animal(s) was(were) as suspected. Once we receive proof that the animal(s) in question was(were) in fact as suspected, we will pay to have the animal(s) treated properly as well as cover the costs of the veterinarian visits.
4. We will only guarantee our animal(s) if one or more of our animals arrives with a disease, an infection, or parasites that infect other animals in the buyer's collection; this should never happen with our animals.
5. If an animal purchased from us does not genetically produce what they are supposed to, we will buy back the animal at the original purchase price. We will only buy back animals from our own customers. No other refund or replacement will be warranted. There is no time limit as long as it can be proven that the animal originated from our collection.
6. All deposits and payments on animals are non-refundable.
